Depends on the context, etc. and especially which French they're using - Canadian or Parisian.
You can say a more formal-ish "Est-ce qu'il y a quelqu'un la?" or a less formal "Y as-tu quelqu'un la?" (probably a little more Canadian French than Parisian) and in both cases, the 'la' has an accent grave.
