(no subject)

I really should know better than to get instantly attached (completly platonic) to someone. One of the new guys at work didn't pass the probation period. He wasn't cutting it, I know that. But I came to really care about him in a short period of time, and I *know* that I'm hardly ever gonna see him again. I'm not the kind of person who goes a lot, and now that we're not gonna see each other at work, the friendship we were building isn't gonna survive.

I feel like such a dork, 'cause I was almost in tears at work because of this. The sucky thing is, no one else really gave a shit.

So, I'm posting a meme to get my mind off things, and going to bed (fairly) early tonight.
