wahhh.... i wanna screencap, i really really do, but neither WMP or PowerDVD (the Dell installed version) allow me to screen cap!

wahhhhhh!!!!

what would you guys consider the best program to make screencaps? i must know!

Also, looking for good sites to get screencaps for:

Buffy/Angel (already have Screencap Paradaise)
Xena/Hercules (besides erinslashslut's wonderful site)
The Sentinel (other than Starfox's Mansion)
Queer as Folk (US)

All my icons were made with the help of all the lovely brushes, textures & borders made by all the lovely people credited in my userinfo. Only a few icons were made with my own textures.
