Had a good day today, although, by any standards it should have been a real sucky day. Went on a road trip with Mom, Dad and Bebe (one of my sis) in one car and my other sister Wanda, hubby, my nephew and her mom in law to Orocovis (somewhere in the middle of the island).
We were going to what was supposed to be a really great Shrimp Festival (although I don't like shrimp) and when we got there (after Mom being scared shitless by the little mountain side, cliff hanging roads) the only shrimp there were the ones entered in contest.
It was a disaster, we were there for half an hour at most, after like a 2 hour drive.
Anyway, the way back was much easier on Mom, and we ended up in an Italian restaurant where I stuffed myself. And my nephew looked soooooo cute and edible!!!!
And the number one reason for it not being as bad as it could have been: Mom and Dad never fought the whole day!!!!
I had a good day, I hope the week stays like that.
